What is an iCloud lock?
An iCloud activation lock (also known as iCloud lock) is a security measurement, implemented into the iOS operation system since iOS 7. By enabling the iCloud lock, it will become more difficult to use a lost / found or stolen iPhone / iPad. After restoring or updating the device, entering the Apple ID of the previous owner is required in order to be able to use the device. How does this service work?
